Stopwatch

In Menu mode, select

Press < Start> to begin the stopwatch.

Press the Confirm key to record lap times.

When you are finished, press <

Press < Reset> to clear recorded times.
While recording the lap times, the interval between
lap times is recorded. To check the interval, select
Lap.

Timer

Set the length of time to count down.
