1.1. Mechanical: The 1397E and 1398E are designed to test 5-Wire sensors and ground bonding on a tank truck. The 1397E tank truck tester is housed in a blue plug with three slot pins and the 1398E tank truck tester is housed in a black plug with four slot pins. -
