System set up 1. To begin, plug in the supplied USB mouse into the USB port at the bottom of the main unit. 2. Plug in the DC adapter to the power port at the bottom of the unit. 3. Switch on the power at the wall. You will hear the system beep as it starts up. 4.
Configuring the Cameras 1. Ensure that the main unit and cameras are switched on and in range of your main unit. 2. The first screen you will see will look like this – you are now ready to install the cameras. 3.

5. You will see a screen with a QR code which contains your P2P ID. This isn’t necessary yet, so click next. 6. Adjust your date / time settings accordingly and click ‘Apply’, then click Next. Your main unit will then begin to scan your network settings (make sure your unit is connected via Ethernet to either your home router or a wall socket).

Once scanned, your unit should display a green ‘healthy network’ message. If this is not the case, click ‘Diagnose’ and ‘Fix’ if necessary, or click ‘Previous’ to go back and try again. If it is still showing a problem, please ensure that you have an active broadband internet connection from your router to your main unit.

Setting the Cameras to Record 1. Right click anywhere on the screen, and select ‘Manual Record’. 2. Select which cameras you would like to record by clicking in the tickboxes, or alternatively click ‘All on’ if you’d like all cameras recording, then click ‘Ok’. 3.

How to playback a recording 1. Right click anywhere on the screen and click ‘Video playback’, then select the duration of time you would like to play back, for example ‘5 Min’ would be the last 5 minutes that have been recorded.

Remotely Accessing using iPhone / iPad / Android 1. Download iSmView from either the App 2. Tap Register, and type in a Store (iPhone / iPad) or Play Store username and password, then (Android) press ‘Register’. 3. Your account will now be registered. You 4.

5. Tap ‘Add Device by ID’. 6. Tap in the ‘Cloud ID’ box and type your P2P number. Your P2P ID can be found at the bottom right of your main unit on the screen. (See example below) Once entered, keep the username as Admin and password as blank, then tap ‘Submit’.

7. Tap on the box containing the 4 filmstrips. 8. Wait a few seconds, and your cameras will appear on the display. From here, you can control recording and playback.
Troubleshooting Guide Unit keeps beeping If you find that your main unit is beeping erratically, then you will need to configure the settings on your unit for the alarm. An alarm is sounded if there is motion detected, the PIR is triggered or video loss has been detected.
