I cannot find what the symbols are for the cooking function, i.e. when I want to use convection with pre-heating, which icon is for convection. Three seem to pop up but I don't know which one I need.
For convection with pre-heating on the Smith & Noble SNAMW30:
1. Turn the dial to select the convection function until "140" is flashing (indicating temperature in °C).
2. Press “START/+30SEC” to confirm the temperature.
3. The oven preheats, and the buzzer sounds when ready.
4. Place food on the grill tray (on the grill rack) and close the door.
5. Press “START/+30SEC” again to begin cooking.
