Troubleshooting

Problem
The camera does not fit into the
housing or the buttons do not
work correctly.
Water and/or dust entered the
housing.

Solution
Check if the camera is inserted with the correct orientation
and if your camera type is supported.
Flush the product with clean fresh water. Clean and dry the
camera housing, its lid and the rubber sealing of the lid. Let
all parts dry.
Close the camera housing dome (without inserting the cam-
era) and accurately check its tightness. Immerse the prod-
uct for at least 5 minutes in water (e. g. in a sink). Check
its tightness and waterproofness. If you notice fogging or
droplets inside the product do not insert the camera.
If water can still be found entering the housing, do not use
the product and contact customer service.
