- Page 3 Using the Features On Your Overtime TENSION KNOB Turn clockwise to increase tension, turn counter-clockwise to decrease tension. BACK ANGLE ADJUSTMENT While seated, pull lever up, when desired angle is achieved push lever down to lock. PNEUMATIC HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT To lower, pull lever up while seated. To raise, pull lever up with no weight on the seat.
