WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death. CAUTION :Any mattress used in this crib must be at least 27 1/4 in by 51 5/8 in (69 cm x 131 cm) with a thickness not exceeding 6in (15cm).

    Defective parts will be replaced within a one year period from date or original purchase. Missing parts will be replaced within 30 days from the original purchase. Second Story Home Warrants only new units purchased in it’s original packaging. The Warranty does not cover used, second hand or demos and is non-transferable.

  • Page 7 STEP 01 WORK IN A CLEAN AND DEBREE FREE SURFACE TO PREVENT SCRATRCHING ON THE WOOD PARTS. Align the Leg Frames (E) and the Stabilizer Bar S (D) as example below. c r i b Place the Allen Bolt 2.25” (G) inside the Half Moon Washers (J) and screw into the Stabilizer Bar S.
