General overview of hotun detect

• Audible (72dBA) and visual alarm unit for T/PRV discharges or water tank overflow

• Senses water and temperature in four stages to aid fault diagnosis

1. Installation – Battery mounting

1. Place the battery [b] into the sliding
door [a] with the positive [+] side facing
away from you
2. Installation – onto hotun tundish
The unit has a simple mounting (hook) arrangement and can be secured to the hotun tundish with the supplied cable tie.

1. Before placing Detect onto
tundish, carefully pull the
sensor board [f] slightly away
from the casing to [e].
