Mounting
Before mounting the LCD monitor, the existing base of the LCD monitor has to be taken
off. Note the monitor manufacturer's instructions on how to proceed.
Version 12/11
For mounting the LCD monitor, assistance from a second person is required. He/she has
to hold the LCD monitor while you attach it to the bracket.
Detailed illustrations on installing and positioning the screws can be found in the manufacturer's
instructions.
1.
To install the LCD monitor stand on a desk, a 9 mm hole must be drilled. Place the stand rod onto the drilled
hole and fasten it from below using the hexagonal socket-headed screw (I), lock washer (H), washer (G)
and mounting disk (F). Then, clip on the decorative cap.
Alternatively, you can attach the LCD monitor stand to the base (B) using three Allen screws (K). Screw the
Allen screws (K) tight using the hexagonal wrench (M). Then, clip on the decorative cap.
In addition, the base can be secured by desk mounting. Proceed in the same way as for the desk mounting
procedure without a base.
2.
Loosen the retaining screw of the monitor bracket (C) and slide it onto the stand rod. Set to the height
required and manually tighten the retaining screw.
3.
While a second person holds the monitor, attach it to the support plate of the monitor bracket with the four
round head screws (J).
You can now tilt the monitor horizontally or vertically for the ideal viewing position. With the horizontal pivot
joint, first the decorative caps must be removed. Loosen the Allen screw with the hexagonal wrench (E)
until the joint can be turned. Hold the monitor at all times during this process. Set the required tilt angle and
screw the Allen screw tight again. Clip the decorative caps on again.
6.
Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory
regulations.
