Mouse or Keyboard Not Working:
1. Ensure that the power switch is in the ON position
2. Have the batteries been inserted incorrectly or are they spent?
Check the polarities (+/-) and exchange them for new ones as necessary.
3. Make sure the Nano Receiver is plugged into a USB and the computer is on.
4. Remove metallic objects between the mouse and the Nano Receiver.
5. If the Nano Receiver is plugged into a USB hub, try plugging it directly into
the computer.
6. Move the keyboard closer to the receiver.
7. If mouse performance is slow or intermittent, unplug the Nano Receiver from
the USB port and then reinsert it. Switch the ON/OFF button again on the
bottom of the mouse to reactivate it.
8. If the mouse is moving erratically change the working surface within the
mouse id operating on.
9. Restart the computer.
