HIGH-SPEED ROUNDED WOOD ROD POLISHING MACHINE FS-80B is a precise SINGLE BELT ROUND ROD SANDER. We believe that if you operate it normally and make a good maintenance on time，the machine will stay in a perfect condition. Before operating the machine，please read the instruction carefully. -

OPERATION STEPS： 1、 Put machine in a steady position， and then check whether the power is suitable to motor voltage. Turn on the electricity supply and examine whether the revolution of main shaft follows the arrows. If not， turn off the power and switch the two wire lines. - Page 4 Fig 2 5、 The adjustment of proceeding speed of sand belt： If you put the pressing wheel right at the center, the speed will turn slow. On the contrast, the sander the wheel is, the faster the speed occurs. Adjust the screw according to what you what you need.
- Page 5 Fig 4 MAINTENANECE: 1、 Fill in grease to the oil intake before operation every day. 2、 Add the grease to the moving shaft. During the operation, neither let other things except the materials needed stay between the working table and sand belt nor use anything sharp for finding.
