Features
The ESO 99 S is a temperature controller for ESO 120/124/180 H
and ESO 124/180 HL reflector heaters and ESO 126 and ESO 129
feed system holders. It prevents snow, ice and frost building up
on the reflector surface of the antennas:
Automatic activation of the heating when the outside temper-
ature falls below 4° C and there is snow, ice, frost or water on
the reflector
Electronic two-point controller with adjustable temperature
threshold for the heating pad
With fastening strap for mast installation
Excess temperature switch-off
Less than 25% energy consumption compared to ESO 97 S
and ESO 97 SL controllers
Transport and storage
▶ If possible, transport and store the temperature controller in
the original packaging.
▶ Store the temperature controller in a dry location and protect
it against mechanical damage.
