Disassembly-Reassembly
VARNING
Before any intervention on the spray gun, shot off and relieved
the compressed air supply and paint pressure to the gun.
Before reassembling the different components:
• Clean the parts with the appropriate cleaning agent by means
of brush.
• Install new seals after having lubricated them with PTFE grease.
• Install new parts if necessary.
Needle packing set and needle
1. Remove the air cap (1) and the and the paint nozzle (2).
2. Unscrew the paint adjusting screw (23).
3. Remove the spring (22) and the paint needle (21).
4. If necessary remove the trigger (4).
5. Dismantle the packing screw (18).
6. Pry out the the packings (17) and the sleeve (16). Clear out any remains
of the packings.
7. Clean everything well with cleaning agent and then blow out with air.
8. Assembly the new packing set (15) and the trigger (4).
9. Assembly the paint needle (21) , the spring (22) and the paint adjusting
screw (28).
9. Re-fit the paint nozzle (2) with packing (3) (screwing torque 22 Nm).
10. Tighten the packing screw (18), after tightening check that paint needle
is pushed for ward by the spring force, refit the air cap (1) by hand.
