  • Page 17: Support Description

The TMS 600 microcontroller support package disassembles data from systems that are based on the Siemens 80C167 microcontroller. The support runs on a compatible Tektronix logic analyzer equipped with a 102/136-channel module or a 96-channel module. Refer to information on basic operations to determine how many modules and probes your logic analyzer needs to meet the minimum channel requirements for the TMS 600 microcontroller support.
  • Page 18: Logic Analyzer Software Compatibility

Logic Analyzer Configuration To use the 80C167 support, the Tektronix logic analyzer must be equipped with either a 102/136-channel module, or a 96-channel module at a minimum. The module must be equipped with enough probes to acquire channel and clock data from signals in your 80C167-based system.
