Page 8 Assembly Assemble 5 hp Blower Kit Remove the outer cover that has the 8” round opening. Remove packing materials and propeller. Remove the propeller housing and rotate to the desired direction that you wish to dis- charge the screenings. If the discharge is already pointing in the desired direction then skip to the next step.

Page 9 Assembly Continued Assemble Suction Hose Slide the 2’ x 6” flex hose about half way onto the 6” x 6” galvanized tube. Fasten in place with 4-1/8—7” hose clamp. (see figure 3) Slide the other end of the 6” x 6” galvanized tube into the 6” side of the 8” to 6” reducer. Fasten in place with a 4-1/8—7”...

Page 10 Assembly Continued Attach the other end of the 2’ x 6” flex hose to either side of the KLEENair hopper. Fasten in place with 4-1/8—7” hose clamp (see figure 6). Attach the red tube cover onto the other side of the hopper.
