Yes, there is an advanced iOS and Android mobile app for the Belle X Series. It allows caregivers to locate the device, ring it, receive notifications, view button press history, check battery level, and monitor cellular connection status.

The Belle X Series device uses a built-in lithium-ion battery and does not have user-replaceable batteries. Battery replacement is not supported by opening the device.

@Sanaulla Nazrulla – Hello, M. Nazrulla – I saw your comment requesting help cancelling your Belle model mobile alert device order. I hope you can see this reply, which is trying to give you more information. I am just another customer, but if you are trying to get a message to the vendor, you might not be aware that this website, where you've left this comment, has no connection to the folks who will be billing you for monitoring alerts from your device. This website is manualslib.com, which helps consumers by providing user manuals for all kinds of things in case someone didn't get one or has lost the one that came with their product (whatever it is, from air conditioners to xylophonic doorbells). Unfortunately, knowing the model is not enough to know who your account is with, but the two places you could look are either on the box it came in or your credit card statement. Various companies around the country sell subscriptions to be connected to call centre staff who monitor for an emergency alert from your device, so when you push the button, it connects with a person if you need help. Usually, the subscriptions are cancellable at no charge if done immediately upon receipt of the equipment (depending upon what you signed up for) or after some time, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly. I am in the Northeastern US. The company I know of (or, more probably, the branch that handles my region) is Life Protect, located in Norfolk, VA. *If* you have an account with the same folks, the numbers I've found for them are 1- 844-203-5617, 1-855-854-9261, and 1-888-313-7236. I haven't called them, but my best guess is that the first is customer service, the second is the corporate offices, and the third is either their billing department or the number for the people who process credit card payments for them. I believe their website is https://lifeprotect247.com/help. I hope you see this message. If the same company is not the one you have a contract with, I hope my explanation will have given you enough assistance so you may find them and stop your money from being automatically withdrawn for the service. Like cable TV, if you are signed up, they will keep charging for it whether or not you use it. Best of luck! – eMoll

@Sanaulla Nazrulla UPDATE: I discovered that if you have an older Belle model, you can find out who your monitoring contract is with by going to the manufacturer's website [https://dealer.freeus.com/account/findmydealer] and entering the unique 15-digit IMEI number (see left side of attached photo) from the back of your call button into their "Find My Dealer" tool. The newer models (Belle X and others) do not have an IMEI number. Still, they are identifiable through the unique 6-character alpha-numeric Device ID printed on your medical alert fob (see the right side of the attached photo). Sadly, Freeus LLC, the manufacturer, has not yet updated their Dealer Search tool to accept Device IDs! You can call them at 1-888-924-1026 Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern time. Press 3 to bypass the recording and reach the correct department. When you provide them with that Device ID, the customer services agent can determine which dealer sold it and provide you with the telephone number. This experience has made me resolve to try not to buy anything else over the telephone. I'm going to post a note on the wall by where I sit when I talk on the phone to remind myself (and so I can repeat it to pushy sales callers): ☆ If they cannot send me the information by post or email for me to read over at my own pace and then schedule a time to speak again once I have had a chance to see their offer in writing, then there is probably a reason why. ☆ So, next time, I will not be surprised if the business is tricky to contact, the contract is inequitable, or the bill is hard to cancel! ATB, again— eMoll

To check into the system for the Belle X Series, press the call button to initiate a call. When the specialist answers, tell them you are testing the device. If the device does not test properly, contact your dealer immediately.

The red light on the Belle X Series does not stay lit after a few hours on the charger because the device becomes fully charged. While charging, the light flashes red every 5 seconds. Once fully charged, the light turns solid red. After reaching full charge, the device no longer needs to indicate charging, so the light may turn off.

After fully charged does the blue light continue to flash?

No, the blue light is related to SOS calls, not charging. When fully charged, the red battery light will be solid red.
