SLEEP ANALYSIS
The sleep analysis is done automatically between 8:00
pm and 9:00 am. Make sure you wear the watch
connected for the calculation.

HEART RATE

To start calculating the heart rate, stay on the
appropriate interface.
MULTISPORTS
Stay on the "Training" interface to select the desired
sport. You can choose different sports:
Keep pressing again allows you to pause or exit
Press the touch button for 3 seconds to begin
your physical activity.
