@Mr. Anderson Same issue here, but holding the power button in won’t reset
I have a dedicated 2.4ghz network. I’ve used it the last 2 years. But even when I follow the directions perfectly, I keep getting this error. I have troubleshooted it. Local network access is on. The password is correct. My phone is on the network. We are away next week and I really need to get this connected. Can you help me?
To resolve connection errors with the Suraielec T40W on a 2.4GHz network, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure the smart box is connected to a secure 2.4GHz WiFi network.
2. Check for power or internet outages, or if the WiFi router has been changed.
3. Reset and reconfigure the smart box using the Smart Life app.
4. Confirm that the WiFi router is close enough to the smart box timer.
5. Make sure Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant is logged into the same Smart Life account as the smart box.
6. Verify that Alexa or Google Assistant is working properly.
