Disconnect and reconnect
LCD connector.
LCD display OK?
No
Change the LCD module.
LCD display OK?

Check +1.8V_L23_MSM_PLL2
(C6014) TP1 OK?
Yes
Check
DDVDH_+5V(C6021) TP2
DDVDL_-5V(C6020) TP3 OK?
Yes
LCD display OK?

Follow the power on trouble shooting.

Change the PM8038 (U5000) or main BD.
