Page 21: Downloading And Installing The Ncp-Link App
Samsung Galaxy: S3 and later using Android 4.2.2 and above. For you to correctly connect your smart device to your NCP-DVR4K you will need to download the NCP-LINK App from the App store. You will also need to connect your smartphone to the NCP-DVR4K’s WiFi signal using your smartphone's WiFi settings. - Page 22 Power up the NCP-DVR4K and allow 2 minutes for the WiFi connection to start. Once the App is downloaded and installed on your smartphone and the dash camera is powered up, open your smartphone's WiFi settings and connect to the wireless connection named NCPDVR4K_XXXX.

Select the video/videos and press the download button. The download will start and will save to your smartphone which can also be accessed through the NCP-LINK App in the Folder name Local. -
