TORCHIERE UPLIGHTER INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions carefully prior to installation and retain them for future
reference.
This product is for indoor use only.

SAFETY

This fitting is double insulated and must not be earthed. If in doubt, we recommend
you consult a qualified electrician.
This product is supplied complete with a 3-amp fuse plug. Our products should not be
modified. If any modification is made, including tampering with the plug, it will invalidate
the warranty and may render the product unsafe.

ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the support tubes lampshade base and other parts from the package, place
all parts on a smooth surface, and lay them all out in line.
2. Screw tube B into tube A
3. Screw tube B1 into tube B
4. Screw tube C into tube B
5. Screw base D into tube C
6. Put the shade S onto the lampholder, then screw the plastic ring R and
tightened well.
7. Install the recommended bulb(60W ES GLS Bulb) into lampholder, then insert the
plug into socket of power supply cord ,the assembling is end.
8. If the product fails to light, unplug before investigating.

BULB REPLACEMENT

1. Switch off the mains power supply.
2. Before replacing the bulb, allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes.
3. Never touch the bulb with your fingers directly, cover it with a cloth.
4. Loosen the bulb and remove it from the lamp.
5. Replace a new bulb with same voltage and wattage.
6.The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced. If the cord is
damaged, the luminaire shall be destroyed.
