    PHYSIO BRUSHLESS 3000 DESCRIZIONE Physio Brushless 3000 è un micromotore chirurgico per implantologia con fisiodispenser con controllo elettronico della velocità e della coppia del motore, che combina semplicità e alte prestazioni. Interamente progettato da B&B Dental S.r.l. con il prezioso contributo della storica azienda RTC Sistemi s.n.c, sia per quanto riguarda l’hardware che il software.

    PHYSIO BRUSHLESS 3000 offre due modalità nella gestione dei programmi e la possibilità di utilizzare o meno la funzione reostato del pulsante della pedaliera di azionamento del motore. Premendo il pulsante, indicato col n°2 nella descrizione della pedaliera, si passa alla PHASE3: dove possiamo selezionare i 4 parametri operativi per la fresatura e filettatura.     B&B DENTAL > con coppie superiori a 39Ncm la velocità massima del motore è 2000 RPM CONFIGURATION Premendo il tasto Config sul display appare il menù di configurazione: premendo il tasto Program è possibile effettuare la scelta di una delle 4 combinazioni tra la modalità fase e reostato. Una volta ottenuta sul display la combinazione desiderata, premendo il tasto Config viene memorizzata questa scelta e abbandonato il menù di configurazione. PEDALIERA 1.     MANUTENZIONE PULIZIA E STERILIZZAZIONE •Tutti i componenti di Physio Brushless 3000 possono essere puliti con un panno moderatamente bagnato con alcool o reso umido con acqua. Solo la serigrafia del pannello dell’unità centrale deve essere pulita con un panno inumidito solo con acqua.

    PHYSIO BRUSHLESS 3000 DESCRIPTION Physio Brushless 3000 is a surgical micromotor system for implantology with physio- dispenser featuring electronic speed and torque control, that combines ease of use and high performance. Both hardware and software were entirely designed by B&B Dental S.r.l. with the valuable contribution of RTC Sistemi s.n.c., a well-established name in the industry.

    5 programs by setting the parameters: drill speed and torque, pump flow rate and direction of rotation of the drill. In the phase mode, PHYSIO BRUSHLESS 3000 offers the possibility to customise 5 programs, with 4 operating phases for each program, by setting the 4 parameters – speed, drill torque, pump flow rate and direction of rotation of the drill – in each operating phase.

Pressing the Program button in this menu lets you choose among 4 combinations of phase and rheostat modes. Once you have obtained the desired combination, as shown on the display, press the Config key to store your selection and exit the configuration menu.

    MAINTENANCE CLEANING AND STERILISATION •All Physio Brushless 3000 components can be cleaned with a cloth moderately wetted with alcohol or moistened with water. The screen-printed graphics of the central unit panel should only be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water only.
