    INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA Prima di utilizzare la sauna, leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni incluse in questo manuale. L'installazione e l'uso di questa apparecchiatura elettrica richiedono il rispetto delle relative misure di sicurezza di base. Utilizzare una presa di corrente per l'alimentazione della sauna che sia conforme alle le norme tecniche vigenti e che sia dotata di un interruttore con un valore di corrente e con caratteristiche corrispondenti.

  • Page 19 COME USARE UNA SAUNA A INFRAROSSI È possibile utilizzare al meglio il potenziale della terapia a infrarossi quando si imposta la temperatura sul valore più alto. In questo modo il tuo corpo utilizzerà tutto il potenziale della radiazione infrarossa durante la tua permanenza nella cabina della sauna. Se si imposta la temperatura su un valore inferiore, i riscaldatori si spegneranno e si accenderanno per mantenere la temperatura impostata.

    Safety Information Before fi rst use of your sauna please read carefully all the instructions includ- ed in this hand book and observe them. Installation and use of this electrical equipment requires permanent compli- ance with the related basic safety measures. Use a power socket for this ap- pliance powering installed pursuant to applicable technical standards and provided with a circuit breaker with the corresponding current value and charac- teristics.

This radiation is similar to sun rays heating our skin by direct IR radiation even in cold days. 95 % of the carbon fi bre energy is transformed to long-wave IR waves with wavelength between 5 and 17 microns.
  • Page 46 HOW TO USE INFRASAUNA You can best use the potential of the infra red therapy when setting the temperature to the top value. Thus your body will use the full potential of the infra red radiation during your stay in the sauna cabin. If you set the temperature to a lower value the heaters will switch off and on to keep the set temperature.
