INSTALLING THE BATTERIES To insert batteries (not included), take the Automatic Lid (1), turn upside down and locate the Battery Compartment on the underneath. Ensuring the ON/OFF Switch (6) is in the ‘OFF’ position, press the cover of the Battery Compartment and slide to reveal. -

TROUBLESHOOTING SOLUTION PROBLEM Check the batteries and ensure they have been installed according to the correct ABNORMAL OPENING OF polarity. THE LID Clean the Infrared Sensor using a clean, dry cloth. Check the Infrared Sensor for debris/dirt and clean if necessary. Check for blockages and remove if ABNORMAL CLOSING OF necessary. -
