RSI HA1002 Installation Instructions

If mounting on machine without cross bar using grab bar, please see instructions with mount kit (HA1002).

TOOLS REQUIRED:

12mm wrench
4mm Allen wrench

Step 1:

install Jam nuts on grab handle finger tighten until nut is flush with rubber handle (Do not use wrench or over tighten)
Finger tighten until jam nut is
(Do not use
flush with rubber
wrench or over tighten)
Repeat on opposite side

Step 2:

Install grab bar into Grab Bar mounts spin on until bottomed out and minimal thread is exposed.

Step 3:

Remove bottom caps from Grab bar mounts, install grab bar on handlebars. Grab bar mounts can be
orientated towards the bar pad or away from bar pad depending on application (see last pictures of instructions). Finger
tighten bottom cap of grab bar mounts.
