Congratulations. You have just acquired one of the best distillation systems available on the market. Our series of water distillers are manufactured with the highest quality materials available. This water distiller is contained within a stainless steel cabinet with an integrated stainless steel distilled water storage tank. A float control permits source water entry into the boiler to maintain the proper level during the distillation process.

Weight: 51 lbs. (23.13 kg) Output: Up to 16 Gallons per Day, (60 Liters) Storage Capacity: 5 Gallons, (19 Liters) (10 and 15 Gal. available) Heating Element: 1500 Watts. Power Source: 110/120 Volt, 60 Hertz, (220/240 Volt, 50 Hertz also available.) DESCRIPTION OF PARTS 1.
  • Page 4 1. Steam line- exiting from the boiler and entering the cooling condenser. 2. Temperature Control- Should the water not enter the boiler, the element may burnout. This control turns off the heating element when the temperature reaches 200 F and turns on again when temperature is 195 F.
  • Page 5 1. Cooling Condenser- Converts the purified hot steam vapor to pure distilled water. 2. Cooling Fan- Aids in the cooling process. 3. MHD Scale Control Unit- Using the science of Magnetohydrodynamics, hard scale is reduced to soft scale and sludge, thereby prolonging the time of internal inspection of the boiler.
  • Page 6 1. Pivoting Steam Line- permits the boiler lid to swing open wide providing easy and ample access to boiler components. 2. Cold Water Line- The cold incoming source water line parallels the hot steam line interchanging heat transfer. This double reaction absorbs some heat helping to preheat the incoming water, and at the same time aids in cooling the steam line for more efficient cooling.

INSTALLATION: Determine location near a cold water supply and electrical outlet. Only tools required are screwdriver & ½” wrench in order to attach the water supply line. 1-Unpack Your Distiller. Package Includes: a- Pre-assembled Water Distillation Unit, b-10 ft. source water line tubing c- Self-piercing valve kit d- Sediment Pre-Filter e- Instruction Manual...

B-In a kitchen you would usually connect the distiller to the cold water supply line located under the sink, however, any cold water supply is appropriate. Position the self-piercing valve on the copper cold water line, before the shut-off valve if possible.
  • Page 10 OPERATION: **VERY IMPORTANT** 1-Before you plug in the power cord, confirm that the On/Off toggle switch is in the Off position. This prevents the heating element from heating before it is submerged in the water. Confirm that the tilt switch is in the down position. 2-Plug in the power cord.

CLEANING and MAINTENANCE: Proper maintenance of your distiller is very simple. The boiler accumulates the contaminants and impurities that are in the source water and that have been removed from the distilled water. It is advisable to flush the boiler at least once per month or more frequently if your water conditions are very hard.

2-Drain the boiler tank from the Drain Valve on the side of the unit, using a hose or bucket. Close the Drain Valve after draining. 3-Clean out as much crystallized and other scale in the boiler as reasonably possible. Pour in plain white distilled vinegar, (or the recommended amount of food grade citric acid scale cleaning crystals and warm water), to cover the heating element, and let it soak for a couple hours or so, or even overnight.
