steps:
1. Select Settings - System - Advanced - Reset options from application list.
2. Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
3. Tap Erase all data.
4. Tap Erase all data.
The device resets to the factory default settings automatically.
Warning: Factory data reset will erase all data from your device, including your Google
Account, system and application data and settings, and downloaded applications.
