There is no capability to tell if the garage door is currently open? For example, you are away from home and concerned the door has been opened by other means? Or, alternatively, there are no notifications sent each time the stick does cause the door to open?

Yes, the Maveo BlueFi Stick provides two-way communication between the garage door opener and a smartphone with the maveo app, which allows it to indicate if the garage door is currently open.

The Maveo BlueFi Stick may not allow you to open or close the garage door from your phone due to several possible reasons:

1. Installation Issues – Ensure the stick is properly installed within sight of the garage door and away from moving parts.
2. App Setup Incomplete – The Maveo app must be correctly installed and programmed for two-way communication.
3. Access Keys Not Set – If access keys are required, verify they are correctly assigned in the app under "Manage Access Keys."
4. Connection Problems – Check if the stick is properly connected to the garage door opener and the app.
5. Reset Required – If the stick was removed from the app, it must be reinstalled and reset by holding the yellow button for 6 seconds.
6. Obstructions or Safety Features – The garage door will not operate if it detects an obstruction or if safety protocols are preventing movement.

Verify these settings and conditions to troubleshoot the issue.
