Equipment cleaning Please make sure that the device is disconnected from all input power and output devices, Wipe with a clean, dry, non-soft cotton cloth. Trouble shooting The power supply does not discharge: (1) Check whether the output buttons are activated; (2) Check whether the total output power exceeds the rated output power; (3) Check the battery power indicator to confirm whether the power supply is sufficient; (4) If the device cannot be discharged after it is discharged for longtime, please wait for several hours and try again, it may enter the over-temperature protection.
Warranty period The warranty period is 12 months, and the warranty period is calculated by the original consumer purchaser from the date of purchase. In order to determine the start date of the warranty period, a sales receipt from the first consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof is required.
