    TORQUE 2 + i3 CONTROL SYSYEM OPERATING THE CHICKEN FINGER The chicken finger is designed to hold the i3 Quick Release loop in position in the harness hook. WARNING: To release yourself from the kite in an emergency situation, you must activate the i3 QR when the chicken fi nger is installed.

    OPERATING THE i3 QUICK RELEASE To release yourself from the kite in an emergency situation, you must activate the i3 Quick Release. WARNING: Always use a kite leash when using a Naish Control System. Grab the red release slide and push the slide away from your body.

    TORQUE 2 + i3 CONTROL SYSYEM OPERATING THE TORQUE 2 TRIM CLEAT To depower the kite: 1) Pull the trim line towards your body to depower the kite. 2) Lock the trim line back in the trim cleat at the desired position.

    KITE LEASH ATTACHING THE KITE LEASH All Naish Control Systems are delivered with a kite leash. When activating the i3 Quick Release (page 13) in an emergency situation, the kite leash will keep the rider attached to the kite while the kite depowers.

    KITE LEASH OPERATING THE KITE LEASH QUICK RELEASE WARNING: To completely free yourself from the kite in an emergency situation: A) Activate the i3 Quick Release loop (page 13). B) Then activate the kite leash quick release: 1) Grab the quick release handle and push it away from your body as shown. 2) Immediately let go of the quick release handle so you are completely free from the kite.
