Operation Safety

basic controls

use the descriptions and figures below to become
familiar with the basic controls of your slip roll.
thickness Adjust Knob: raises and lowers the
bottom roller to adjust for different thicknesses.
Radius Adjust Knob: raises and lowers the rear
roller to create smaller and larger radius bends.
top Roller Lift Lever: lifts the top roller to allow
removal of cylindrical workpieces.
crank: turns the rollers, feeding the workpiece
through the machine.
top Roller Release Lever: lifts to release the
upper bushing assembly.
Upper bushing Assembly: opens to allow
movement of the top roller.
