    • Check that there is no physical damage to your OrCam device such as any cracks or dents in the outer casing of the device. Do not open the outer casing of the device.

    Clean your OrCam device if you feel it is dirty or has been transferred between users. OrCam recommends cleaning your OrCam device at least once every two weeks, especially the camera lens. Never touch the camera lens with your finger. Clean the lens only with the supplied microfiber cloth and eyeglass cleaning fluid. Do not use any abrasive materials as this may damage the OrCam device.
