SETTING UP A DEDICATED STREAMING PC To set up a streaming PC that will handle all of the Razer Audio Mixer's audio output, connect the Line Out port of the Razer Audio Mixer to the Line In port of your streaming PC using an aux cable.

GROUND LOOP ISOLATORS Use a Ground Loop Isolator to eliminate ground loop problems created in your setup and prevent unwanted noise or hum on devices connected to the Line In and Line Out port.
SYNAPSE TAB The Synapse tab is your default tab when you first launch Razer Synapse. This tab allows you to navigate the Dashboard subtab. Dashboard The Dashboard subtab is an overview of your Razer Synapse, where you can access all your Razer devices, modules, and online services.

Modules The Modules subtab displays all installed and available modules for installation. Global Shortcuts Bind operations or Razer Synapse functions to custom key-combinations from Razer Synapse-enabled device inputs that apply across all device profiles. Setting it up Provides basic and advanced steps and the needed shortcut links in setting up the Razer Audio Mixer on your system. Click on the Open Windows Sound Settings to manage your system's sound settings, such as modifying the default output and input device. You can also click on the Open Windows Sound Mixer Options to route specific applications to various channels.

Map input sources to channel faders, channel mute button functions, and a long press function to the mic mute button. ▪ Source. Assign channels to any of the channel faders on the Razer Audio Mixer. Once assigned, you'll be able to control its volume using the corresponding channel fader physically.

▪ Long press mic mute button. Set a function when you press and hold the mic mute button. You can choose between muting all or specific channels, enabling/disable microphone effects, and even activating a preset of your choice. By default, the long press function of the mic mute button is set to Toggle Voice Changer. Mixer Use the Mixer subtab to individually mute or adjust the volume of all channels and control which channels can be heard on each channel mix.

▪ Playback Mix. The channel mix you will hear on the Headphone port of the Razer Audio Mixer. ▪ Stream Mix. The channel mix for your streaming applications. Set this channel as the microphone or input device of your streaming software (e.g., OBS, Twitch, Streamlabs, etc.) to control the volume of each channel using Razer Synapse individually.

Mic setup Set the Razer Audio Mixer to use the XLR mic input port or the microphone port for mic input and set its sensitivity when capturing sound using the mic gain slider. You can click on the percentage/decibel toggle to change how the mic gain is displayed.

Mic monitor Turn on this feature to monitor a connected microphone's raw audio input through a headset with an additional option to increase or decrease the audio monitoring volume. Noise gate Control the amount of microphone input to cut out background noise and completely isolate your voice.

Mic equalizer Select any of the available mic equalizer presets which best fit your mic needs. Expanding the Mic Equalizer will allow you to manually adjust any preset in detail, automatically setting it as a Custom preset. ™ F O R G A M E R S . B Y G A M E R S .

Compressor Set the device to modulate the amount of microphone input and reduce its volume when it gets too loud. Adjust the slider to set a threshold and lower (or mute) any sound that registers above it. Expanding the Compressor will allow you to tweak its properties in detail: ▪...

Effects Use the Effects subtab to apply effects on the microphone or Line In input. Preset list Stores all your presets. To add, rename, duplicate, export, or delete a preset, press the preset's corresponding Miscellaneous button ( ). To assign a shortcut to any preset, click on the Preset shortcut key field and key in your preferred shortcut on the active preset.

*Only available on specific device zones. Razer wordmark Apply any of the available lighting effects on the Razer wordmark logo or turn off its lighting by toggling the option off. Fader base Toggle this option to customize the base lighting of the channel fader markings. You can use the base brightness slider to increase/decrease the luminance of the base lighting and apply any of the available lighting effects for this zone.

Channel mute When enabled, you can change the color of each channel mute button when active and set a color for all channel mute buttons when muted, or disable channel mute button lighting. Microphone mute Set a color on the microphone mute button when muted and not muted, or turn off its lighting by toggling the option off.

Fader foreground Toggle this option to customize the foreground lighting of the channel faders according to fader mode. Fader mode Determines how the lighting effect will display on all channel faders. ▪ Volume level. The current volume of an assigned channel will be used as a foreground display of the corresponding channel fader.

PROFILES TAB The Profiles tab is a convenient way of managing all your profiles and linking them to your games and applications. Devices View which games are linked to each device's profiles or which Chroma Effect is linked to specific games using the Devices subtab.

You can also sort games based on alphabetical order, last played, or most played. Added games will still be listed here even if it is not linked to a Razer device. To link games to connected Razer devices or Chroma Effects, simply click on any game from the list, and then click Select a device and its profile to launch automatically during gameplay to select the Razer device or Chroma Effect it will link with.
