GT-HR could generate DC and AC excitation voltages, which could be set at 2.5V, 5V to 12V. The output voltage reading of sensor is then measured and displayed on the screen. -

GT-HR Multi-Functional Readout Battery Each unit GT-HR is come with a 1000mA lithium battery. According to the test result, a lithium battery under proper operation has a rated life for 500 or more charging cycles. The battery lifetime is depending on design and quality of the production, normally the capacity will gradually degrade with relative to time, or number of cycling cycles. -
Page 13: Taking Care Of Lithium Battery
If the battery will not use for a long time, for example 2-3 years, it would be better to remove it from GT-HR The current battery capacity of GT-HR is displayed in percentage when “measurement” option is selected. The readout has an internal IC which controls the flow of electrical current during re-charging. -

GT-HR Multi-Functional Readout Operational Instructions Every time start up the GT-HR, the readout will display manufacture logo “Geotech” for about 3 seconds, before entering the main menu. Front Panel Controls 1. “Up” and “Down” Keys § At the main menu display option: Choose measurement item. -
