Step 1: Insert Cap (25) into the Base Tube (B,C). Step 2: Insert Weight Tube (E) into Stand Tube (C), fix with Bolt (42) and Washer (53). Step 3: Assemble Base Tube (B,C) as drawing with Bolt (39), Washer (53), and Nut (50). Step 4: Place Stand Tube (A) onto Base Tube (B), fix with Bolt (39), Washer (53), and Nut (50).

Step 1: Insert Bush (58) into Base Tube (B), then attach Support Tube (Q) to the Base Tube (B), fix with Bolt (36), Washer (52/2pcs). Nut (49/1pc). Insert Cap (27/2pcs, 28/2pcs) into Support Tube (Q). Step 2: Attach Press Connect Tube (M,N) to two sides of Support Tube (Q), fix with Bolt (40), Washer (53), Nut (50).

Step 1: Insert Cap (24) into Round Tube (W). Insert Round Tube (W) into Foot Tube (S), then slide Foam (12) into Round Tube (W). Step 2: Use Bolt (48), Washer (54) to fix Curl Pad (13) on Arm Curl Tube (V), then insert Arm Curl Tube (V) into Seat Support Tube (R).

Step 1: Please refer to Drawing on Part 5 and use Bolt (43,44,61,62), Nut (50),Bush (58A, 58B) and Washer ( 53) to assemble all the Pulley (7), Cable (8,9,10,11) and concerned Accessory (14,15,16,17,19,20,21). Step 2: Use tools to tighten all Bolts and Nuts. Remarks: To make sure pulleys and cables run smoothly, please do not make the bolt and nut on pulleys too tight.
