INSTALLATION All tables come completely assembled and ready to use. Plug the cord into a functioning outlet that is rated for the table. (See Grounding below) Arrange the power cord and control cords so that they will not create a tripping hazard and where the controls are located to your liking and are conveniently accessible. -

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CONTROL OPERATIONS -FLAT TOP The PerformaLift Flat Top tables offer trendelenburg, height, and optional ABC positioning with electronic ease. Operate the foot and hand control as shown below to raise or lower the Trendelenburg, height and optional ABC functions of the table. DIRECTIONS FOR USE MOVING THE TABLE Before moving the table, disconnect the power cord from the power outlet. The table weighs as CAUTION much as 250 lbs. (113 kg.) Never lift the table by grasping the table top. You could damage the table and the electronics that run the tabletop. -

DIRECTIONS FOR USE LIFT-ASSIST BACKREST ADJUSTMENT CAUTION Do not sit on the backrest section. TO RAISE THE BACK REST TO LOWER THE BACK REST: Raise the back rest by pressing the lever Press the lever under the head section and under the head section and lifting up to push the back rest down. -

DIRECTIONS FOR USE INTEGRATED HEATED TOP (OPTION) USING THE INTEGRATED HEATED TOP: The table comes with the option for a fully integrated dual zone heated top pad. Simply press the heating indicator(s) located on the right side rail of the table to the desired heat level. The heat can reach up to 40°C (105°F). -

DIRECTIONS FOR USE QuickLock FACE REST: (ACCESSORY OPTION) • QuickLock Face Rest Weight Limit - 25 lbs (11.3 kg) CAUTION • Do not put excessive weight or pressure on the Face Rest. • Excessive pressure can cause premature failure of the Face Rest. Double articulating action provides nearly limitless positioning options with the QuickLock Face Rest. -

DIRECTIONS FOR USE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER (ACCESSORY OPTION) BLUETOOTH SPEAKER ATTACHMENT: Located on the Face Rest Bracket on the underside of the head end of the table. Position Bluetooth Speaker with the magnetic attachment facing up. Plug the cord into the side of the speaker and attach it to the bracket. CONNECTING TO BLUETOOTH SPEAKER: Turn Bluetooth Speaker on by pressing the power button. -

Use the remote to change the colors, bright- ness, speed, and more. DIRECTIONS FOR USE SET ZERO HEIGHT 1. Lower the table to the lowest point. 2. Press and hold the table height down button on the foot or hand control for 10 seconds. 3. When no clicking noise is heard from the Control Box during this process, the zero limits have been reached. -
