1� Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Trimmer
ausgeschaltet ist�
2� Schieben Sie die richtige Seite des Kamm-
Aufsatzes auf den Trimmerkopf (Schaubild
7)� Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Rillen
auf dem Kamm-Aufsatz mit den Rillen auf
dem Trimmerkopf übereinstimmen�
Hinweis: Wenn Sie den zweiseitigen
2 mm/4 mm Kamm-Aufsatz verwenden,
vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihre
gewünschte Trimmgröße mit der Richtung
des Trimmers übereinstimmt�
Hinweis: Wenn Sie den gewinkelten
2 mm/4 mm Kamm-Aufsatz verwenden,
vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Länge, die
Sie erreichen möchten, angezeigt wird und
gegen Ihre Haut aufliegt�
Beispiel: Um eine 2-mm-Länge zu
erreichen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
2-mm-Seite mit der Haut bündig aufliegt�
3� Um den Kamm-Aufsatz zu entfernen,
schalten das Gerät aus, halten Sie die
obere Mitte des Gerätes fest und ziehen
den Kamm-Aufsatz einfach ab�

PFLEGE UND WARTUNG:

• Wenn Ihr Gerät anfängt langsam zu
laufen, reinigen Sie die Klingen wie unten
beschrieben und führen den Klingen einen
Tropfen Babyöl zu�
• Wenn Ihr Gerät nach der Reinigung und
dem Ölen immer noch langsam läuft,
wechseln Sie die Batterie�
Den Trimmerkopf reinigen:
1� Schalten Sie den Trimmer aus und
entfernen die Batterie� (siehe Schritt 1 von
„Batterie einlegen/oder wechseln�")
2� Entfernen Sie mit der Reinigungsbürste
etwaige Haare oder Staub (Schaubild 8)�
3� Waschen Sie den Trimmerkopf nicht mit
Wasser�
Hinweis: Die Styling-Aufsätze dürfen
gewaschen werden� Achten Sie jedoch
darauf, dass sie vollständig trocken sind,
bevor Sie sie wiederverwenden�
4� Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
Schutzkappe auf Ihrem Gerät aufgesetzt
ist, bevor Sie es verstauen�

Never allow children to play with the
device. Cleaning and user maintenance

unless they are over 8 years old and
supervised. Keep children younger than
8 years away from the device. Extreme
caution is required when the device is
used near children or left unattended.

FIRST STEPS:

Important: always test the trimmer on
a small area of your arm or leg before
using for the first time� If you experience
a hypersensitive reaction or an allergic
reaction, discontinue use immediately� Do
not use the trimmer on sensitive or irritated
skin�
BEFORE FIRST USE:
Inserting or replacing battery:
1� Make sure your device is switched off and
remove the cap� Hold the centre of the
device so that the trimmer head points to
your left hand (if you are right-handed)�
Swivel the battery compartment, so that
the battery compartment can be seen
(diagram 1)�
2� If necessary, remove the old battery�
Insert a new AA battery so that the positive
terminal points to the device (diagram 2)�
3� To refit the battery compartment cover,
slide it over the battery and into the cover�
Swivel the battery compartment cover
clockwise until the arrow on the main
part of the device and the line on the grey
battery compartment cover are in the
same position�
Important: to avoid damaging your trimmer,
make sure that the battery is inserted in the
correct direction � Pay attention to the +/-
