Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning instructions
■
Clean the machine every day.
■
Disconnect the unit from the power supply (pull the plug!) and allow it to cool
down before being cleaned.
■
Clean it only dry or with a damp cloth. Make sure that no moisture, oil or grease
will enter the unit.
■
After grilling remove the grilling residue with a wire brush (not included) while still
warm.
■
To clean the body, do not use metallic or sharp objects.
■
Clean the exterior body with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
Maintenance instructions
■
From time to time check the power cable for damage. Never use a machine when
the cable is damaged. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by customer
service or a qualified electrician to avoid danger.
■
In case of damage or malfunctions, contact your dealer.
■
Maintenance and repairs must be performed only by qualified personnel using
original spare parts and accessories. Never attempt to carry out repairs to the equip-
ment itself.

Disposal

At the end of its life your old unit is to be disposed of according to national regulations.
It is advisable to contact a specialist disposal company. To exclude an abuse and the
associated risks, please make sure that your old machine is unusable prior to disposal
and poses no danger to others.
