    OKO-TOUCH features on-board memory for data logging and mini-USB port for data download. In addition, data logging is possible via SMART-BOX, via DATA-LOG Okolab software and via following third-party Imaging software Okolab DATA LOG is an optional software allowing logging temperature data or modification of selected parameters.

    Installation Follow the instructions below for the H201-T-UNIT-BL-CRYO setup: How to setup the T-Unit 1. Connect the 8-pins cable between the port labeled “Control Unit” on the side of the Heating/Cooling Box and the port labeled “Heating Box” on the rear panel of the T-Unit (see Figure 5).

Attach the two-red marked Calorflex Tubes to the red side of the Heating/Cooling Box and to the hoses, placed on the back panel of the microscope enclosure (see Figure 8).

    How to setup the Chiller Use the Water Tubes to connect the Chiller to the Heating/Cooling Box.: 1. One of the ends of the red marked Water Tube is composed of 10 mm ID black butyl isolated tube with a manual valve in the middle. Connect it to the color-related connector, the water inlet port, on the rear panel of the Chiller.

    The Condensate Drainer has the dosing quantity parameter set by default at 10 8H. This means that the Condensate Drainer doses 10ml of water every 8 hours. Okolab suggest changing the parameters to 20 1H to dose 20 ml of water every hour. For setting the dosing quantity, press button no.1 (1 ml -steps) and/or button no.2 (10 ml –...

    Setpoint change. The system is working properly, it is not in alarm and no action is needed. As soon as H201-T-UNIT-BL-CRYO reaches the temperature setpoint, H201-T-UNIT-BL-CRYO Status changes to NORMAL and the color turns GREEN.

    Figure 22. Temperature Settings submenu 8.2.1.1 Control Mode The Temperature Control can run in two different modes: Sample or Cage Feedback Mode. Press on Control Mode icon (see Figure 23 a) to choose which one you want to use, Sample or Cage Feedback Mode.

    Touch Screen Calibration Keep pressed the ON/OFF button on OKO TOUCH for 7 seconds to start the Touch Screen Calibration (see Figure 54). While holding the button, the pop-up message shown in Figure 55 a appears. Then tap blue calibration dots until the calibration is complete (see Figure 55 b).
