2. For users already subscribing to an ISP choose I'm currently
connected to the Internet. To establish a new MSN Internet account
choose I'm not currently connected to the Internet (credit card required
for activation). Click Next to continue the installation Wizard.
3. When asked "Do you have an MSN E-mail Address?", click the
appropriate response, then click Next.
