SKY01UA, user must install SKYPE software. For downloading SKYPE and more details, visit SKYPE's official website at http://www.skype.com. Operation description (PSTN) (SKYPE) - Page 12 USB Skype adapter ‘*’: Switch between SKYPE and PSTN mode ‘#’: Make a SKYPE call ‘##’: Confirm 3-way call ‘00’: Reject an incoming call ‘000’: End 3-way call "*": 1. When there is no current conversation, press "*" to end the current mode and switch to another mode.

- Page 21 Call Forwarding If there is an incoming PSTN call (or SKYPE call), SKY01UA will forward the call to a specified SKYPE user (or PSTN number). SKY01UA supports "static" and "free will" call forwarding. It does not support SYPE-to-SYPE or PSTN-to-PSTN call forwarding.
