F300 Keypad Instructions

The first thing you need to do is set the dip switch settings in your remote transmitter and

go through the "learn" process with the circuit board. You can do this by doing the

following:

1. Pop the cover off your remote transmitter.

2. Scramble the nine dip switches above the 9vdc battery.

3. Turn the gate opener off using the switch on the outside of the black control box. It is on the

bottom of the box in the middle near the rear of the box.

4. Locate the learn button in the lower right hand corner of the circuit board.

Page 2 5. Hold down the learn button while you turn the gate opener back on with the switch. 6. Once the gate opener is on, release the learn button. 7. Hold down the button on the push button remote until the red status light comes on. At this point, you should be able to operate your gate with the transmitter.

If the dip switch is set to -, then press the 7 key on the keypad. In this way, we will press either a 1, 4, or 7 on the keypad for all nine dip switches on the transmitter.
