- Page 2 Place the electrode straps on the inside of your left wrist or your left ankle, with the electrodes on the skin. Connect the cables to the connectors at the top of the Blood optimizer. Switch on the Blood optimizer Now slowly turn the dial clockwise. Do this until you feel a soft tingle on the skin. Turn the dial back slightly until the tingling sensation is comfortable.
