Installation Guide for Symphony Floodlight
WARNING, CAUTIONS, AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• To reduce risk of death, personal injury or property damage from fire, electrical
shock, falling parts, cuts/abrasions, and other hazards, read all warnings and
instructions included with and on fixture box and all fixture labels.
• Before installing, servicing, or performing routine maintenance upon this
equipment, follow these general precautions.
• Commercial installation, service, and maintenance of luminaires should be
performed by a qualified licensed electrician.
• Installation: If you are unsure about installation or maintenance of luminaires,
consult a qualified licensed electrician and check your local electrical code.
• To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet
metal or other objects.
• Do not make or alter any holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical
components during kit installation.
Knuckle Mounting
Wire
Seal arm thread using teflon tape or silicone
sealant. Secure Symphony Floodlight to a 0.5"
(13 mm) NPS hole in a junction box or landscape
post (heavy duty XC1 cover provided). Plug all
unused holes and seal threads with silicone.
Swivel arm on Symphony Floodlight allows
180° vertical aiming adjustment depending on
mounting location.
Slipfitter Mounting
Tenon
Slipfitter mounting fits 2.375" (60 mm) O.D. tenon.
Place slipfitter over tenon and secure fixture with
set screws on side of slipfitter. Pull out round plug
and adjust angle of fixture. Loosen locking bolt
and swivel fixture to desired angle. Tighten locking
bolt and re-attach round cover plate.
WARNING: RISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRICAL SHOCK
• Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box
before wiring fixture to power supply.
• Turn off power when performing any maintenance.
• Verify supply voltage is correct by comparing
with luminaire label information.
• Make all electrical and grounded connections in accordance
with National Electrical Code and any applicable local code
requirements.
• All wiring connections should be capped with UL approved wire connectors.
CAUTION: RISK OF INJURY
• Avoid direct eye exposure to light source while it is on.
• Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these
may be hazardous to children.
• Suitable for wet locations, .

CAUTION: UL and cUL Listed or CSA Certified
liquid tight cord grip suitable for use with three
(3) conductor type STW flexible cord shall be
used for connection to a wet location outlet box
provided by others.
To adjust angle of fixture using yoke:
Loosen pivot bolts and angle locking screw.
Adjust fixture to desired angle. Tighten pivot bolts
and angle locking screw.
