    Before Putting Into Operation 1. CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK CHARGER (SEE FIG. A) NOTE: a) Do not use any charger other than that specifically provided for use with the equipment. b) If the battery pack is very hot you must remove your battery pack from the charger and allow time for the battery to cool down before recharging.

    Operation Instruction 1. REMOVE THE BLADE SHEATH Remove blade sheath as illustrated in Fig C. 2. STARTING AND STOPPING (SEE FIG. D) TO START YOUR HEDGE TRIMMER Depress the safety switch on front handle with one hand and the on/off switch with the other hand to turn on the hedge trimmer.

    Maintenance Remove the battery pack from the tool before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or maintenance. Your tool requires no additional lubrication or maintenance. There are no user serviceable parts in your power tool. Never use water or chemical cleaners to clean your power tool. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Always store your power tool in a dry place.
