USING THE APPLIANCE 1. Insert the detachable temperature probe into the pan, with the dial in the OFF position. a. Make sure the probe is completely inserted into the probe socket, otherwise the thermostat will not work correctly. b. Do not force the probe into the probe socket. Make sure that the Contact Pins are inserted correctly into the probe. -

USING THE TEMPERATURE DIAL The temperature dial has 5 heat settings for accurate temperature control. Very high temperatures will be reached when cooking in High mode.
