My water is very hard. I have the setting on 100 at the moment. Should I go up, to say 120-160 or down?

The residual water hardness setting for the Hidro-Water KOBE WS1CI UF should be between 8 and 10 French degrees (°fH), with a recommended setting of 90 ppm, which equals 9 °fH.
