Pakyak Pannier Bag. 3. Place the Pakyak Pannier Bag set on the PakYak E+ rear rack. 4. Align the bolt holes of the Pakyak Pannier Bag to the matching position on the PakYak E+ rear rack. 5. Use a 5mm hex torque wrench and 10mm open wrench with 2Nm to tighten the bolts and nuts together. -
