Plastic bolt through seat lid hinge panel while installing screws PN# 13860 panel into dimple in center of groove into the tank Thread plastic nut on bolt for the outside of unit.

Insert (left & right) for rear lift handles. Drill 1/4" facings using rivets PN 11270 through the spindle PN 16844 into the (0.25) [6.35mm] holes through panels.
