C. How to use the

Choose what items you wish to store, place them in the
translucent box and close it with the matching transparent lid,
making sure all four sides are properly closed. Place the closed
box vertically in its base. The assembly of the box and its base
works on friction, so press the box well to the end of the base.
Arrange the boxes by familiarity of content so you can easily
locate the items when you need them. To extract the box,
press slightly into its sides to let some air in, and take out the
box with its lid all together. Once extracted you can open the
box and use whatever you have stored inside. You can always
change the position of the boxes in the bases, however and as
many times as you wish!

D. How to install the
The Manual Thinking® Box is delivered with both 3M™ high
performance double sided tape, as well as plugs and screws. The
double sided tape allows for a quick installation on flat and sturdy
surfaces; the screws and plugs are offered as an alternative for rough,
unreliable and/or unstable surfaces.
Attention:
The 3M double sided tape can hold lots of weight, but can your wall as
well? If your wall is covered with old paint, dirt or plaster, the screws
and plugs are recommended.
Installing multiple Boxes? You can install the lower row of bases with
screws/plugs and finish the remaining ones with double sided tape.
The Manual Thinking® Box is suitable for vertical walls, perpendicular
to the floor, not for inclined walls!
Not using the double sided tape? Don´t throw it away! It works very
well so you might want to save it for another application...
Alternative adhesives are available on the market which can be helpful
for fixation on irregular surfaces.
E2. Traditional installation: Screws and plugs
1.
Take out the inner cover of the
base, by pressing and lifting up one
of the 4 indentations.
2.
Position the first module
with help of a level, and mark a
cross through the two diagonally
indicated incisions, with a sharp
pencil.
3.
Drill a hole of 4 cm deep at the previously indicated
crosses with a drill bit of 5mm, and place the plug in it.
4.
Turn the module 90 degrees
to its previous position and fix it
with the provided screws through
the gaps indicated with a screw
symbol. The cavities offer a little
range of horizontal and vertical
adjustment, to allow to join various
bases without any clearance
between them.
5.
Reposition the cover and place
the box in its base!
